TSPL takes your privacy seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy

What This Privacy Policy Covers

• This policy covers how TSPL treats personal information that TSPL collects and receives, including information related to your past use of TSPL products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.
• This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that TSPL does not own or control or to people that TSPL does not employ or manage.

Information Collection and Use

General

• TSPL collects personal information when you register with TSPL, when you use TSPL products or services, when you visit TSPL pages or the pages of certain TSPL partners, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. TSPL may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies.
• When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, ZIP code, occupation, industry, and personal interests. For some financial products and services we might also ask for your address, Social Security number, and information about your assets. When you register with TSPL and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
• TSPL collects information about your transactions with us and with some of our business partners, including information about your use of financial products and services that we offer.
• TSPL automatically receives and records information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, TSPL cookie information, software and hardware attributes, and the page you request.
• TSPL uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.

Children

• When a child under age 18 attempts to register with TSPL, we ask the child to have a parent or guardian to create a TSPL Family Account to obtain parental permission.
• TSPL does not contact children under age 18 about special offers or for marketing purposes without a parent's permission.
• TSPL does not ask a child under age 18 for more personal information, as a condition of participation, than is reasonably necessary to participate in a given activity or promotion.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

• TSPL does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
• We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with TSPL under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help TSPL communicate with you about offers from TSPL and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.
• We have a parent's permission to share the information if the user is a child under age 18. Parents have the option of allowing TSPL to collect and use their child's information without consenting to TSPL sharing of this information with people and companies who may use this information for their own purposes.
• We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
• We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of TSPL's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
• We transfer information about you if TSPL is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, TSPL will notify you before information about you are transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
• TSPL displays targeted advertisements based on personal information. Advertisers (including ad serving companies) may assume that people who interact with, view, or click targeted ads meet the targeting criteria—for example, women ages 18-24 from a particular geographic area.
• TSPL does not provide any personal information to the advertiser when you interact with or view a targeted advertisement. However, by interacting with or viewing an advertisement you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the advertisement.
• TSPL advertisers include financial service providers (such as banks, insurance agents, stock brokers and mortgage lenders) and non-financial companies (such as stores, airlines, and software companies).
• TSPL works with vendors, partners, advertisers, and other service providers in different industries and categories of business.

Cookies

• TSPL may set and access TSPL cookies on your computer.
• TSPL lets other companies that show advertisements on some of our pages set and access their cookies on your computer. Other companies' use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. Advertisers or other companies do not have access to TSPL's cookies.
• TSPL uses web beacons to access TSPL cookies inside and outside our network of web sites and in connection with TSPL products and services.

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences

General

• You can edit your TSPL Account Information, including your marketing preferences, at any time.
• New categories of marketing communications might be added to the Marketing Preferences page from time to time. Users who visit this page can opt out of receiving future marketing communications from these new categories or they can unsubscribe by following instructions contained in the messages they receive.
• We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the TSPL service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the TSPL Newsletter, that are considered part of your TSPL account, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.
• You can delete your TSPL account by visiting our Account Deletion page.

Children

• Parents can review, edit, and delete information relating to their child's TSPL account using tools offered by TSPL Family Accounts.
• If a parent chooses not to allow us to further collect or use a child's information, parents enrolled in TSPL Family Accounts can delete their child's account by signing into that child's account and then visiting our Account Deletion page.

Confidentiality and Security

• We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
• We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

• TSPL may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your TSPL account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.

SPAM POLICY

TSPL encourages you to use our service as long as you abide by the TSPL Terms of Service and TSPL's prohibition on spamming and unethical marketing activities. The following are some examples of spamming that may violate the Terms of Service and TSPL's Universal Spam Policy:

• Manipulating identifiers, such as email headers, to disguise the origin of any content transmitted to or through TSPL computer systems.
• Relaying email from a third party's mail servers without the permission of that third party.
• Using or causing to be used TSPL computer systems to facilitate the transmission of unsolicited or unauthorized material. This includes any promotional materials, URLs, "junk mail," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of unauthorized solicitation that you may upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available.
• Using "robots" or otherwise harvesting other's email addresses from the TSPL site for purposes of sending unsolicited or unauthorized material.
• Uploading, posting, emailing, or transmitting the same message, URL, or post multiple times.
• Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue, or causing the screen to "scroll" faster than other users of the service are able to type, or otherwise acting in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real-time exchanges.

Certain TSPL services may have additional spam guidelines explaining appropriate conduct for those services. Those additional policies are incorporated by reference into the TSPL Universal Spam Policy. It is the user's responsibility to check each property's guidelines for additional details regarding spam.

Violations of our Terms of Service or this Universal Spam Policy may result in legal action against you and the termination, without notice, of your TSPL ID and/or anything associated with it, including, but not limited to, email accounts, clubs, posts, home pages, and profiles. Nothing in this policy is intended to grant any right to transmit email to or through TSPL computer systems. TSPL does not waive any rights by the failure to enforce this policy in every instance in which it might apply.

NOTICE: Sending unsolicited email advertisements to or through TSPL computer systems will use or cause to be used TSPL servers located in Republic of India. Any unauthorized use of TSPL computer systems is a violation of the TSPL Terms of Service, Universal Spam Policy, and certain federal and state laws including Indian Penal code. Such violations may subject the sender and his or her agents to civil and criminal penalties.

COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY

TSPL respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. TSPL has no responsibility for content on other web sites that you may find or access when using TSPL’s products or services. Material available on or through other web sites may be protected by copyright and the intellectual property laws of the Republic of India and/or other countries. The terms of use of those web sites, and not the TSPL Terms of Service, govern your use of that material.

It is TSPL’s policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may infringe or repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of TSPL and/or others.

Notice for Claims of Intellectual Property Violations and Agent for Notice

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide TSPL's Copyright Agent with the following information:

1.     an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest; And

2.     a description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed; And

3.     a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the TSPL site, with enough detail that we may find it on the web site; And

4.     your address, telephone number, and email address; And

5.     a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law; And

6.     a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.

TERMS OF THE SERVICE

1.     ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Triyama Software Private Limited [“TSPL”] welcomes you. This site ["site"] in the name and style of "www.littlepolls.com" is owned by TSPL. TSPL provides its service to you subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by TSPL from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the TOS at any time at: http://www.triyama.com/documents/privacy.html. In addition, when using particular Little Polls owned or operated services, you and Little Polls shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules (including but not limited to our (Spam Policy) are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS. TSPL may also offer other services that are governed by different Terms of Service.

2.     DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

TSPL provides users with access to a rich collection of resources, including various communications tools, forums, shopping services, search services, personalized content and branded programming through its network of properties which may be accessed through any various medium or device now known or hereafter developed (the "Service"). You also understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for TSPL to provide the Service. You also understand and agree that the Service may include certain communications from TSPL, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the TSPL Newsletter, and that these communications are considered part of TSPL membership and you will not be able to opt out of receiving them. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augments or enhances the current Service, including the release of new TSPL properties, shall be subject to the TOS. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that TSPL assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, miss-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). You are responsible for those fees, including those fees associated with the display or delivery of advertisements. In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Service.

Please be aware that TSPL has created certain areas on the Service that contain adult or mature content. You must be at least 18 years of age to access and view such areas.

3.     YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS

In consideration of your use of the Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the Republic of India or other applicable jurisdictions. You also agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form (the "Registration Data") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or TSPL has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, TSPL has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof). TSPL is concerned about the safety and privacy of all its users, particularly children. For this reason, parents of children under the age of 18 who wish to allow their children access to the Service must create a TSPL Family Account. When you create a TSPL Family Account and add your child to the account, you certify that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the legal guardian of the child/children listed on the TSPL Family Account. By adding a child to your TSPL Family Account, you also give your child permission to access many areas of the Service, including, email, message boards and instant messaging (among others). Please remember that the Service is designed to appeal to a broad audience. Accordingly, as the legal guardian, it is your responsibility to determine whether any of the Service areas and/or Content (as defined in Section 6 below) are appropriate for your child.

4.     TSPL PRIVACY POLICY

Registration Data and certain other information about you are subject to our Privacy Policy. For more information, see our full privacy policy at (Privacy Policy). You understand that through your use of the Service you consent to the collection and use (as set forth in the Privacy Policy) of this information, including the transfer of this information to the Republic of India and/or other countries for storage, processing and use by TSPL and its affiliates.

5.     MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY

You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify TSPL of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. TSPL cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 5.

6.     MEMBER CONDUCT

You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. This means that you, and not TSPL, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. TSPL does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will TSPL be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.

You agree to not use the Service to:

a.     upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; Further

b.     harm minors in any way; Further

c.     impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a TSPL official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; Further

d.     forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service; Further

e.     upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements); Further

f.      upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party; Further

g.     upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas (such as shopping) that are designated for such purpose (please read our complete Spam Policy); Further

h.     upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; Further

i.      disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other users of the Service are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges; Further

j.      interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service; Further

k.     intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by the Indian legislature with regards to Securities and Exchange, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, and any regulations having the force of law; Further

l.      provide material support or resources (or to conceal or disguise the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or resources) to any organization(s) designated by the Government of India as a foreign terrorist organization pursuant to laws related to Immigration and Nationality; Further

m.    "stalk" or otherwise harass another; and/or

n.     collect or store personal data about other users in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities set forth in paragraphs a through m above.

You acknowledge that TSPL may or may not pre-screen Content, but that TSPL and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, or remove any Content that is available via the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, TSPL and its designees shall have the right to remove any Content that violates the TOS or is otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content. In this regard, you acknowledge that you may not rely on any Content created by TSPL or submitted to TSPL, including without limitation information in TSPL Message Boards and in all other parts of the Service.

You acknowledge, consent and agree that TSPL may access, preserve and disclose your account information and Content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the TOS; (c) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third parties; (d) respond to your requests for customer service; or (e) protect the rights, property or personal safety of TSPL, its users and the public.

You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your Content, may involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

You understand that the Service and software embodied within the Service may include security components that permit digital materials to be protected, and that use of these materials is subject to usage rules set by TSPL and/or content providers who provide content to the Service. You may not attempt to override or circumvent any of the usage rules embedded into the Service. Any unauthorized reproduction, publication, further distribution or public exhibition of the materials provided on the Service, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.

7.     INTERSTATE NATURE OF COMMUNICATIONS ON TSPL NETWORK

When you register with TSPL, you acknowledge that in using TSPL services to send electronic communications (including but not limited to email, search queries, sending messages to TSPL Chat or TSPL Groups, uploading photos and files to TSPL Photos or Briefcase, choosing teams and other Internet activities), you will be causing communications to be sent through TSPL's computer networks, portions of which are located in India and portions of which are located abroad. As a result, and also as a result of TSPL's network architecture and business practices and the nature of electronic communications, even communications that seem to be intrastate in nature can result in the transmission of interstate communications regardless of where you are physically located at the time of transmission. Accordingly, by agreeing to this Terms of Service, you acknowledge that use of the service results in interstate data transmissions.

TSPL Messenger, including any web-based versions, will allow you and the people with whom you communicate to save your conversations in your TSPL accounts located on TSPL servers. This means you can access and search your message history from any computer with access to the internet. Whether or not you use this feature, other users may choose to use it to save conversations with you in their account on TSPL too. Your agreement to this TOS constitutes your consent to allow TSPL to store these communications on its servers. From time to time TSPL will send you notice through the TSPL Messenger Service to let you know about important changes to the TSPL Messenger or related Services. Such messages may not be received if you violate this TOS by accessing the Service in an unauthorized manner. Your agreement to this TOS constitutes your agreement that you are deemed to have received any and all notices that would have been delivered had you accessed the Service in an authorized manner.

8.     SPECIAL ADMONITIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL USE

Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the Republic of India or the country in which you reside.

9.     CONTENT SUBMITTED OR MADE AVAILABLE FOR INCLUSION ON THE SERVICE

TSPL does not claim ownership of Content you submit or make available for inclusion on the Service. However, with respect to Content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Service, you grant TSPL the following worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive license(s), as applicable:

a.     With respect to Content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of TSPL Groups, the license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Content on the Service solely for the purposes of providing and promoting the specific TSPL Group to which such Content was submitted or made available. This license exists only for as long as you elect to continue to include such Content on the Service and will terminate at the time you remove or TSPL removes such Content from the Service; Further

b.     With respect to photos, graphics, audio or video you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Service other than TSPL Groups, the license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Content on the Service solely for the purpose for which such Content was submitted or made available. This license exists only for as long as you elect to continue to include such Content on the Service and will terminate at the time you remove or TSPL removes such Content from the Service; Further

c.     With respect to Content other than photos, graphics, audio or video you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Service other than TSPL Groups, the perpetual, irrevocable and fully sub licensable license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform and publicly display such Content (in whole or in part) and to incorporate such Content into other works in any format or medium now known or later developed: Further

"Publicly accessible" areas of the Service are those areas of the TSPL network of properties that are intended by TSPL to be available to the general public. By way of example, publicly accessible areas of the Service would be including but will not be limited to TSPL Message Boards and portions of TSPL Groups, Photos and Briefcase that are open to both members and visitors. However, publicly accessible areas of the Service would not include portions of TSPL Groups that are limited to members, TSPL services intended for private communication such as TSPL Mail or TSPL Messenger, or areas off of the TSPL network of properties such as portions of World Wide Web sites that are accessible via hypertext or other links but are not hosted or served by TSPL.

10.   CONTRIBUTIONS TO TSPL

By submitting ideas, suggestions, documents, and/or proposals ("Contributions") to TSPL through its suggestion or feedback WebPages, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) your Contributions do not contain confidential or proprietary information; (b) TSPL is not under any obligation of confidentiality, express or implied, with respect to the Contributions; (c) TSPL shall be entitled to use or disclose (or choose not to use or disclose) such Contributions for any purpose, in any way, in any media worldwide; (d) TSPL may have something similar to the Contributions already under consideration or in development; (e) your Contributions automatically become the property of TSPL without any obligation of TSPL to you; and (f) you are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind from TSPL under any circumstances.

11.   INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold TSPL and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.

12.   NO RESALE OF SERVICE

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service (including your TSPL ID), use of the Service, or access to the Service.

13.   GENERAL PRACTICES REGARDING USE AND STORAGE

You acknowledge that TSPL may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Service, including without limitation the maximum number of days that email messages, message board postings or other uploaded Content will be retained by the Service, the maximum number of email messages that may b
